I help busy women do exactly that with real workouts, real nutrition, and real results.
As a woman, I believe the more you lift weights the more effective your body can become (hello fired-up metabolism). I am here to teach and coach you to do this in an effective way that takes the guesswork away- you just show up and put in the work!
I have spent 13 years as a fitness professional and like most women, I have tried all the things: running, boot camps, spin class, and even Crossfit.
Effective and progressive strength training transformed both my body and mind-- and NOW I have coached hundreds of women to do the same.
About Me
I’m a trainer, nutrition coach, and creator of the STRONG Method™ — but also a French fry–loving, dessert-ordering, early-to-bed Midwest mom of three who feels most alive in the mountains and always has an afternoon Diet Coke in hand.
In 2020, I traded my fifth-grade classroom for a Zoom screen and hit play on a dream I didn’t know I had. The plan was always to return to work as a school principal after staying home for eight years — but STRONG took off, and I knew I couldn’t go back.
What started with 40 women in a garage turned into a full-blown movement — and now, I help thousands of women stop spinning their wheels and finally feel confident, capable, and in control again.

My Story
I’ve been working in fitness since 2009 — over 16 years of coaching, lifting, learning, and evolving.
I started out as a full-blown group fitness junkie. I taught it all — spin, bootcamp, HIIT — and I loved the energy and the community (and let’s be honest, the free gym membership didn't hurt either).
In 2014, I decided to get certified as a personal trainer so I could start coaching women 1:1 — in between nap times, snack breaks, and the beautiful chaos of raising three kids.
Like most women, I tried everything: running, CrossFit, cardio classes, and every shiny workout trend. But no matter how hard I pushed, my body never looked or felt the way I wanted it to.
It wasn’t until I pulled back on the cardio, focused on progressive strength training, and simplified my nutrition that everything changed. I finally looked like I lifted — and more importantly, I felt strong, steady, and in control.
Now I coach women through that same transformation inside the STRONG Method — helping them build the body they actually want to live in, without the burnout.

What I Believe
I believe fitness should fit your life — not take it over.
You don’t need hours in the gym, perfect meals, or six workouts a week.
You need structure. Simplicity. Support.
And a coach who actually gets what your life looks like.
I’ve been there — in the middle of hormone changes, burnout, parenting, overwhelm, and wondering what the heck happened to my body.
And I’m here to show you there’s a better way.
