Hey there, I’m Hollie, a personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 15 years of experience.
I’m excited to be your trainer and guide you through this FIVE DAY Fitness Challenge! I understand the overwhelming journey of maintaining fitness in midlife—juggling children, and careers, and sifting through endless online "expert" advice. You need strategies that truly work.

Like many women, I've tried it all: running, boot camps, spin classes, and even CrossFit. It was only when I started doing less cardio, cutting down on the HIIT workouts focused on correctly strength training, and integrated appropriate nutrition for my midlife body that I finally looked like I worked out!
Now I've helped hundreds of women achieve the same success. They look better, they feel better, and they simply take on life differently!
